About Jeff Baja

A Michigan native and 14 year resident of the Traverse City area, Jeff Baja brings two decades of award winning sales experience to The Mitten Group as a licensed agent with Team Shimek. His career began in Central Florida in 2004 as co owner and marketing manager of Guardian Angel Track, followed by a successful transition into automotive sales in 2006. After relocating to Northern Michigan in 2012, he built a distinguished track record with Bill Marsh Automotive and Serra of Traverse City, earning GM Top Performer recognition for 12 consecutive years and ranking among Michigan’s Top 25 Performers in GMC Sales.

Licensed in Northern Michigan since 2021 and now committed to real estate full time, Jeff specializes in Traverse City and the surrounding communities. He’s known for a service first approach, clear communication, diligent follow through, and an unwavering commitment to his clients’ goals. Drawing on deep negotiation experience and long standing relationships throughout the region, he helps buyers and sellers navigate the market with confidence and ease.
