About Jeff Baja

As a Michigan Native, and having been living in the Traverse City area for the last 12 years, he is really excited to have joined The Mitten Real Estate Group as a licensed agent part of Team Shimek. His extensive and successful sales career began in Central Florida in 2004, where he was co-owner and marketing manager for Guardian Angel Track.

 

In 2006, he transitioned into automotive sales achieving Top Performance awards for General Motors. His accomplishments and proven track record continued in northern Michigan when his family and he relocated in 2012 to work with Bill Marsh Auto Group. Since working with Marsh Auto Group, he has been recognized as a GM Top Performer for 12 consecutive years within the Marsh Automotive Group and awarded the Top 25 Performers of 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023 in the state of Michigan.

 

As a Licensed Agent, he is excited to sell real estate specializing in Traverse City and the surrounding areas, while continuing to work with his valued clients at Marsh Auto Group. As a real estate agent, he's excited to apply the same principles and customer service values that have been the foundation of a very successful career for me and his family for nearly two decades. He will now have the unique opportunity to assist clients with two of their largest purchases: a vehicle and a home or property.

 

In his free time, he can be found with his wife and four children enjoying all that northern Michigan has to offer year-round including camping, hiking, visiting the local beaches in the summer, and downhill skiing in the winter.
